Parkridge Residential Retirement Community continued to address and continue development their new housing community to address the growing demand for homes. As the population rises, this project will provide much-needed housing options, reduce shortages, and support local economic growth.

BXF Infrastructures was given the opportunity and was assigned the scope which included but was not limited to installation and testing of all hydro distribution and coordination with Hydro One, all local telecom and communication distribution and all storm sewers infrastructure. This project was split into 3-Phases of development completed through all 4 different Canadian weather seasons.
